Event Staff Help Page

This page is only intended for our event staff as a resource in case there are technical difficulties or other information to help quickly resolve issues.

Signup

1. Event Sign-up Instructions

​

  1. Consider using a browser that is not your main / personal one.  If needed, download a new one for this purpose.  ie. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox.
     

  2. Please check your auto-fill settings on the browser to prevent people from seeing other members sign-up information.  Instructions are on this page.
     

  3. On the Event / Promotional Sign-up Page - please have client create an account by clicking "SIGN UP HERE".  Our system will automatically enter them into the promotion.
     

  4. After each successful Sign-up, please "SIGN OUT" the previous person to allow for a new sign-up.  It will appear in the drop down menu where "Sign Up Here" was before.
     

  5. If you are experiencing any issues with the form, please REFRESH the page.
     

  6. If you are still experiencing issues with the form, please CLEAR CACHE in your browser.  Instructions are on this page.

Autofill

2. Website is automatically filling in someone else's information.

​

If the sign-up form is automatically entering the wrong data, it's very likely that your web browser is set to auto-complete or auto-fill.   Please check the following settings for the browser you are using.​

MICROSOFT EDGE 

(Desktop version)

 

To disable auto-fill in Microsoft Edge:

​

1. Click the 3 dot menu in the top right and go to: SETTINGS.

​

2. Click on: PROFILES.

​

3. Make sure you are signed out from any of your accounts (outlook, live, hotmail, etc).

​

4. Go into PERSONAL INFO and turn off all the slider options.

​

5. Go into PASSWORDS and turn off all the slider options.

​

6. Go into PAYMENT INFO and turn off all the slider options.

​

GOOGLE CHROME 

(Desktop version)

​

To disable auto-fill in Google Chrome:

​

1. Click the 3 dot menu in the top right and go to: SETTINGS.

​

2. Click on: YOU AND GOOGLE.

​

3. Make sure you are signed out from any of your accounts (gmail, etc).

​

4. Click on: AUTOFILL.

​

5. Go into PASSWORD MANAGER and turn off all the slider options.

​

6. Go into PAYMENT METHODS and turn off all the slider options.

​

7. Go into ADDRESSES AND MORE and turn off all the slider options.

​

FIREFOX 

(Desktop version)

​

To disable auto-fill in FireFox:

​

1. Click the 3 bar menu in the top right and go to: SETTINGS.

​

2. Click on: SYNC.

​

3. Make sure you are signed out from any of your accounts (gmail, etc).

​

4. Click on: PRIVACY & SECURITY.

​

5. Scroll down to LOGINS AND PASSWORDS and uncheck / turn off all the boxes.

​

6. Scroll down to FORMS AND AUTOFILL and uncheck / turn off all the boxes.

​

​

OTHER BROWSERS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SIGNUP.

Error

3. The Sign-up form returns an error or has stopped working.

​

​If the sign-up form is no longer allowing for proper sign ups.  It's likely that the web browser has not properly cleared out the old data that was entered and needs to be reset.   Please follow the steps below for the browser you are using.​

​

MICROSOFT EDGE 

(Desktop version)

​

To clear cache in Microsoft Edge:

​

1. Click the 3 dot menu in the top right and go to: SETTINGS.

​

2. Go to: PRIVACY, SEARCH AND SERVICES.

​

3. Scroll down to: CLEAR BROWSING DATA.

​

4. Click: CHOOSE WHAT TO CLEAR.

​

5. Select Time Range:  LAST HOUR.

​

6. Select all boxes EXCEPT the "All data from previous version of Microsoft Edge" box.

​

7. Click: CLEAR NOW.

​

GOOGLE CHROME 

(Desktop version)

​

To clear cache in Google Chrome:

​

1. Click the 3 dot menu in the top right and go to: SETTINGS.

​

2. Go to: PRIVACY AND SECURITY.

​

3. Click: CLEAR BROWSING DATA.

​

4. Click: ADVANCED tab.

​

5. Select Time Range:  LAST HOUR.

​

6. Select ALL boxes.

​

7. Click: CLEAR DATA.

​

If you sync a type of data, like history or passwords, deleting it on your computer will delete it everywhere it's synced. It'll be removed from other devices and your Google Account.

FIREFOX

To clear cache in FireFox:

​

1. Click the PADLOCK ICON button On the Left Side of the URL.

 

2. Click "COOKIES AND SITE DATA".

 

3. Click REMOVE.
